If you were hoping to fly out of Oklahoma and miss the snow, you might be out of luck. So far, 19 flights have been canceled at Will Rogers Airport over the next two days.The airport said in a statement that “American has canceled all mainline overnight flights for Wednesday, Feb. 2 and will resume flights Thursday, Feb. 3 at 8 am Delta has canceled all first flights tomorrow morning (Feb. 2) and will start at 12 pm tomorrow with a flight to Atlanta. “Whether it is the skies or streets, the storm will be a factor. Officials ask those planning to travel to take it slow and be patient.”It won’t be like you’re gonna get in your car and get there in five minutes. It’s going to take twice as long to get where you’re trying to go on a normal day. Be patient with us. We’ll get the roads cleared as quick as we can,” Melton said.
