Did the US military just hang Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel at their Guantanamo Bay naval base?!

To claim : The American army has hanged to death the CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel!
On November 18, 2022, Michael Baxter (real name: Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that the US Navy had just hanged Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel at its Guantanamo Bay naval base!
It’s long and rambling, so feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!
Moderna CEO and eugenicist Stephane Bancel lost his life on Friday afternoon after a US Navy Judge Advocate Generals Corp’s executioner put a noose around his neck and flipped a switch that opened a swinging door under the feet of the pharmaceutical magnate.
Bancel’s death was a quiet affair. Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall did not attend the execution, nor did the brass military cadre who had been present at previous hangings. Instead, Bradley Earl, Senior Command Chief, JAG Law Program Judge Advocate General Corps, oversaw the execution.
Truth : The U.S. military made NOT Hang on to the CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel!
The truth is – it’s just another FALSE STORY created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1: Real Raw News is a fake news website
Real Raw News is a FAKE NEWS website which capitalizes on creating shocking yet false stories to generate page views and money.
To protect himself from legal repercussions, owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims his articles are “humor, parody and satire“.
This disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, allows him to continue creating fake news that will go viral and earn him money.
His articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from his website. Here are some of his fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:
Fact #2: No legitimate report on the arrest of Stéphane Bancel
Only Real Raw News has published its fantastic account of US Special Forces arresting Stephane Bancel outside a DC restaurant. It’s because Michael Baxter / Tiffin invented.
Naturally, there is no news from any legitimate media, nor from the US military, on the arrest, conviction and hanging of Stéphane Bancel at Gitmo.
How likely is an individual operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story”?

Fact #3: Moderna is a publicly traded company
Moderna is a publicly traded company and trades on Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders should be informed if the CEO of their company was really arrested and sentenced to death.
It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend this didn’t happen. It is not even legal to conceal such an event from shareholders.
Fact #4: Stephane Bancel + Moderna issued a press release
On Thursday, November 16, 2022 – a day after Real Raw News claimed Stéphane Bancel had been sentenced to death, Moderna announced positive results for its two bivalent vaccines targeting the Omicron variant of COVID-19 – mRNA-1273.214 and mRNA- 1273.222.
Instead of being incarcerated at Guantanamo Bay, as claimed by Michael Baxter/Tiffin, Stéphane Bancel announced from Cambridge, Massachusetts that:
We are pleased to see that our two bivalent booster vaccine candidates provide superior protection against Omicron BA.4/BA.5 variants compared to our original booster, which is encouraging given that COVID-19 remains one of the leading causes of hospitalization and death worldwide. Moreover, the superior response against Omicron persisted for at least three months after the mRNA-1273.214 boost.
Only Michael Baxter/Tiffin can persist with such a stupid lie, and only his foolish fans will continue to believe his fake stories.

Fact #5: Only Enemy fighters are held at Gitmo
It is ridiculous for Real Raw News to claim that an American military tribunal in Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay) convicted Stéphane Bancel and sentenced him to death.
Guantanamo Bay prison is only used to hold high-value enemy combatants. Stéphane Bancel is not an enemy combatant by any military or legal definition, and would never be detained there.
If Stéphane Bancel had really committed a crime in the United States, he would have been brought to justice in an American court.
Fact #6: US military tribunals are only for foreign fighters
It is also foolish for Real Raw News to claim that Bancel was tried and convicted as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal, when he is a French civilian.
Military tribunals in the United States can only be held for members of enemy forces in times of war. The United States is not at war with France.
Needless to say, Stéphane Bancel is also not in the French army, so even if he were arrested, there is no way he would be tried by a military tribunal.
Fact #7: Death sentences take years to be carried out
It’s also hilarious that Real Raw News readers actually believe the bullshit that someone on death row would just be executed. days later.
This may be possible in a country like North Korea, but certainly not in the United States.
In the United States, death row inmates wait an average of 178 months, or about 15 years after their sentence, before being executed.
In fact, none of the six Gitmo inmates charged with capital crimes during the September 11, 2001 attacks and the attack on the USS Cole in 2000 have ever been tried, let alone convicted and sentenced to death.
Fact #8: The US military has not executed anyone since 1961
Although the US military has intentionally killed many combatants, and civilians as collateral damage, it has not executed prisoners since 1961.
There are four US military detainees on death row, but none of them have been executed so far.
Fact #9: The US military cannot execute anyone by hanging
The US military can no longer execute anyone by hanging. In fact, the last American military execution by hanging took place in 1961 – their last execution.
If the US military needs to execute someone, only lethal injection is allowed. Death by hanging is no longer permitted.
