UCLA women’s soccer remains undefeated by dropping SDSU and Pepperdine

With the Pac-12 game now officially on the horizon, the Bruins’ record still stands unblemished.

Women’s Football No. 1 UCLA (8-0-0) closed out non-conference play with a pair of wins over the weekend, beating San Diego State (2-2-4) 2 -0 at home on Thursday before moving to a 4-0 road win against Pepperdine (6-1-2) on Sunday. The Bruins haven’t lost a regular season game since March 26, 2021, going 28-0-4 during that streak.

UCLA’s two most recent wins have come thanks to graduate goalie Lauren Bryzcky’s clean sheets and strong backline on defense. Bryzcky made six saves over the weekend – two against the Aztecs and four against the Waves – while the Bruins’ offense dominated both games.
