The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Justin Boxford as Estée Lauder Global Brand President, effective September 1, 2022.

Boxford succeeds Stephane de La Faverie, whose promotion to group executive chairman was part of an organizational move announced last week. In his new role, Boxford will report to Stephane and continue to be part of the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT).

As Global Brand President, Boxford will be responsible for driving Estée Lauder’s short- and long-term strategy, including innovation, product development, growth in North America and internationally, consumer marketing and the evolution of distribution. He will work closely with members of Estée Lauder’s global leadership team to ensure the brand’s success for the company and build on its enduring relevance to consumers around the world.

Prior to joining La Mer, Boxford served as Senior Vice President, International, Estée Lauder and TOM FORD BEAUTY, and prior to that, Boxford lived in Hong Kong where he ran the same brands for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Justin has been instrumental in advancing the Estée Lauder brand’s digital, omnichannel and local relevance strategies internationally, helping it achieve its position as the world’s leading skincare brand.
