He will work closely with members of Estée Lauder’s global leadership team to ensure the brand’s success for the company and build on its enduring relevance to consumers around the world.

Justin has been instrumental in advancing the Estée Lauder brand’s digital, omnichannel and local relevance strategies internationally, helping it achieve its position as the world’s leading skincare brand.
